At Enteric Touch Official, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our business, we do not offer general returns or exchanges. We accept returns only in cases of size fitting issues, following the conditions mentioned below.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are only accepted for size unfit errors. No other reasons (e.g., change of mind, color preference, or design issues) will be accepted.

• Customers must inform us about the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product by contacting our support team.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

• Returns due to physical damage (by customer or delivery rider) will not be accepted.

Return & Refund Process

1. Notify Us First: Customers must inform us about the size issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2. Approval & Return Instructions: Upon approval, we will provide the return instructions.

3. Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for both the return shipping and re-delivery charges.

4. Inspection & Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If eligible, an exchange will be processed.

5. Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Only exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size.

Important Notes

• Delivery Charges: The customer will bear the delivery cost for both the return and the re-shipping of the exchanged item.

• Return Timeframe: The product must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.

• No Return for Damaged Products: Any product found damaged due to mishandling by the customer or rider will not be eligible for return.
